• 1 lb ground Linguiça
• 1 lb shredded Cheddar cheese
• 3 cups Bisquick baking mix
• 3/4 cups water

Preheat over to 375 degrees. Coat cookie sheet with baking spray. In large mixing bowl blend all ingredients. The dough will be stiff. Drop by teaspoonfuls on to cookie sheets. Bake for 15 minutes. Makes about 60.

** Can be made with Turkey Linguiça, reduced fat Bisquick and and low fat cheddar cheese, still taste great!
