- 1 lb ground Linguiça
- 1 large green pepper chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
Fry Linguiça, green pepper and onion in butter for 5 minutes. Unroll the crescent dough. Put a small amount of Linguiça mixture into the large end of each triangle and roll into crescents as directed on the package. Bake according to the directions on the package. Serve hot.
** For a quick and easy hors d’oeuvre try wrapping a crescent roll around half of a Linguiça Frank and bake according to directions on crescent roll package. Our version of “piggy in a blanket”.
